How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We are dispatching orders from our warehouse in China or Japan, depending on stock availability.
*For international orders, dispatch may take longer than the above timeframe.
*During high-volume periods such as sales or campaigns, dispatch may take longer than usual.

Can I change my requested delivery date or time?

We may be able to accommodate a change to the delivery address or date/time if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at info@arcanawangsa.com.

I'd like to confirm whether my order was placed successfully.

You can check this under Order History in My Account.

Can I cancel an order I've placed?

We are unable to accept cancellations or returns for change-of-mind reasons. If you placed an order in error or immediately after checkout, please contact us at info@arcanawangsa.com and we will review your request.
*We are unable to accept cancellation requests once an order has entered dispatch preparation, or repeated cancellation requests from the same customer.

Can I change my payment method?

Once an order is confirmed, the payment method cannot be changed.

I'd like to change my shipping address.

We may be able to accommodate a change to the shipping address or delivery date/time if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at info@arcanawangsa.com.

About The Product

Sizing

The measurements listed on each product page are based on our own in-house sizing method.
*A variance of 1–2cm may occur depending on the item.

Colour

We do our best to display product images as close to their true colour as possible; however, the colour may appear slightly different depending on your screen and display settings.

Product Care

Please always check the care instructions and washing labels attached to the garment before use.

About The Delivery

Domestic Shipping Fees

Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate for customers living in China and Japan.

International Shipping Fees

We support international delivery around the world. All international deliveries are charged at a separate rate, excluding customs duty and import tax.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through our 3PL partner.
*The shipping method cannot be requested or changed.

Delivery Timeframe

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for delivery from the time your order is placed. During high-volume periods such as sales or campaigns, delivery may take longer than usual.
